This very special whisky was created to commemorate Finnair's 100-year anniversary. Quintessentially Finnish, both Finnair and Kyrö Distillery Company were born from the ambition to explore the world and seek new adventures, offering people experiences they can enjoy together.

Finnish single-source rye whisky made from 100% wholegrain rye, of which half is malted and half is alder smoked. Aged at the Finnair Lounge, Helsinki Airport, this exclusive rye whisky has matured through turbulent times to reach its balanced and slightly smoky, harmonious character. The encounter between alder smoke and American oak is warm and joyful like a welcoming hug from a friend.

All our glass bottles are made from clear recyclable glass (#70 GL). The corks are made from wood (#50 FOR), and the capsule is from recyclable plastic (#1 PET). The packing material is recyclable cardboard (#20 PAP). The plastic bottles in our Tasting Sets are made from recycled plastic (#1 rPET(E)), the caps from recyclable aluminum (#41 ALU) and the package from recyclable cardboard (#20 PAP).
