Penicillin
4.5 cl Kyrö Malt rye whisky
2.5 cl lemon juice
2.5 cl honey syrup*
0.5 cl Kyrö Wood Smoke rye whisky
3 ginger pieces
Ice
*Add 3:1 honey and water and heat gently. Let the mixture cool off before use.
Muddle fresh ginger in a cocktail shaker and add the remaining ingredients (except the Kyrö Wood Smoke). Add ice and shake before straining over ice into your glass. Top with Kyrö Wood Smoke and garnish with lemon peel.
