Kyrö Glögi

Hot gin winter has arrived. And mulled wine ain't got nothing on this.

20 Crushed Green Cardamon Pods

10 Cloves

1-3 Star Anise

10 Allspice Berries

1 Cinnamon Stick

100 g Frozen Blueberries

50 g Dry Cranberries (optional)

100 g Sugar (optional)

50 ml Cranberry Juice

50 ml Grape Juice

100-200 ml Kyrö Gin

Rosemary

Cook the spices in a pot until your kitchen smells like sweet, festive heaven. Pour in the cranberry juice and grape juice and toss in the berries. Bring to a very calm simmer. Taste. If you want it sweeter, add the sugar. Lower the heat to very, very low and let the mixture infuse for 30 minutes. Take it off the heat and add Kyrö Gin. Pour into each glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Chef kiss.
