Gin Sour
There's a reason for 99 % of the people working at the Kyrö Distillery naming this as their favourite cocktail.
5 cl Kyrö Dark Gin
2 cl fresh lemon juice
1 cl simple syrup
Egg white
Lots of ice
Separate egg white. Add all ingredients into a shaker (or any jar with lid) and vigorously dry-shake without ice. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled. Strain into your favourite glass. Garnish with orange peel and be happy.
